By requesting and downloading my USTx files, you agree to the following rules:
File-for-File Exchange
Each untuned USTx file is exchanged for one matching project file
The list of USTx files I have created is shown in the Google Sheet of Available USTx Files
The list of project files I want is shown in the Google Sheet of Requested Project Files
To receive a USTx, you must submit the correct project file (clean acapella/vocal track, instrumental track with back vocals, MIDI, UST, USTX, SVP, DV, VPR, VSQ, VSQx, CCS) through the Google Form
After I review and accept your submission, I will send you the Google Drive link to download that specific USTx
What You Can Do
Use the USTx files for personal, creative, or educational projects
Tune and edit or adjust the files for your own use
What You Can’t Do
Do not resell or redistribute the USTx files (even if edited)
Do not claim the files as your own original work (even if edited)
Do not use my files in covers that re-use the original vocalists on OpenUTAU/UTAU (OK if the covers are changed language)
Giving Credit
If you publish a cover, video, or release using my USTx files, please give me credit as the creator (HANk), tag me on Youtube (@yt_HANk) or put my Youtube channel link in the description of your uploads on other platforms
No Guarantees
These files are shared in their current state
I don’t promise they are perfect, and I’m not responsible if something doesn’t work right or causes problems on your end
Agreement
By checking the “I Agree” box, you confirm that you:
Understand and accept these rules
Will only request USTx files by submitting the correct project files through the Google Form
Will not resell and redistribute the files
Once you agree, the Google Form and Google Sheet links will appear
